can order any size between 8x8 and 12x30 as long as it is in
increments of 2'. Ask your salesperson for prices. |
|

All of our exterior
materials are pressure treated. Only the materials not exposed
to the weather are untreated. |
|
ROOF
COLORS: We
have six standard shingle colors (Green, Slate, Black, Dark
Brown, Cedar, Weathered Wood). Roof shingles are at least
20 year rated asphalt/fiberglass shingles. Some regions have
more colors available. Ask your dealer. |
|
OPTIONS:
We have many different buildings
and can usually accommodate your request so please ask if you
want something different. |
|
CRAFTSMANSHIP:
Our buildings are built by
Mennonite craftsmen who take pride in, and are known for
building a high quality product. |
|
GUARANTEE:
We guarantee our
buildings to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship. We do not place restrictions or time limits on
our guarantee. We ask only that you exercise common sense when
requesting warranty repairs. For instance, if a storm blows
shingles off your roof, this is a no fault situation. We will
still help with the repair at a reasonable rate. We use 20
year rated shingles and 40 year rated siding. If a roof needs
to be replaced after 17 years, that would be considered normal
wear and tear. If, however, something happens to your building
that seems unreasonable, we will gladly honor our guarantee. |
|
MAINTENANCE:
Graying of pressure treated wood
is a natural occurrence. Water sealant can help to prevent
this and keep your building looking new. Graying does not hurt
the building, and some people like the way an aged building
looks. If you want to seal your building, remember that you
get what you pay for when buying sealant. Oil based products
perform the best. |
|
DELIVERY AND LEVELING:
This service is included in the price. We level the buildings
using ground pressure treated wood. We will gladly use
concrete blocks if the customer provides them. In stock
buildings can usually take two weeks give or take a couple of
days. Time frames are always changing. Please ask your
salesperson what to expect. Wet weather can be dangerous when
delivering something as large as a building. We reserve the
right to postpone delivery when the ground is wet. We always
want to deliver as soon as possible, but we have learned from
past experience that it is best to wait until the ground is
dry. We have damaged buildings, equipment, and left ruts in
customers yards when it was to wet. We are not responsible for
damage to your yard. Use your best judgement about wet
weather. If you insist on delivery when it is wet, you will be
responsible for any wrecker bills. Fences, tree limbs, and low
power lines are your responsibility, although we may be able
to help so please ask. Building permits, if needed, are also
your responsibility. |
